There are so many Roulette betting systems out there, and only a handful are actually worth your time. The Fibonacci betting system is one of the few that are.
Just in case you weren't really paying too much attention back in the day, the Fibonacci series was discovered way back in the 13th century, and its basic rule is that the next number in the series is determined by the sum of the previous two. It starts out with 1, 1 and moves on. An example – 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13 and so on.
If we apply this to the roulette, we bet on one of the close to 50% bets, like black/red or even/odd.
We start betting by using the first number of the series, which is 1. if we lose, we move to the next number of the series. If we win, we cross out the number we just used and the previous number, until we've gotten back to 1 and we've finished one round of the system. At this point we've upped our bankroll by $1.
Typically, a progression would look like this:
1st Bet 1 unit – lose (move on to next number)
2nd Bet 1 unit – lose (move on to next number)
3rd Bet 2 units – lose (move on to next number)
4th Bet 3 units – lose (move on to next number)
5th Bet 5 units – win (cross out 5 and 3).
6th Bet 3 units – win (3 and 2 are crossed out we're left with 1)
